Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

Director     

Ayanna McNeil is the Director of Kids R Kids of Katy.  She has been with Kids R Kids since  May 2008.  Ayanna holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and has a real passion for early childhood education.  Ayanna oversees the daily operations of the center and can answer any questions you have as well as address any concerns that may arise.  Ayanna is married to Lawrence and has two children, Nyla & Miles. 

Assistant Director

Phaedra Brown is the Assistant Director.  She has over twelve years of administrative experience and assists the Director in the daily operations of the center.  Phaedra has two children and enjoys Interior Decorating, Painting and Gardening in her spare time.

Office Manager    

Tracy Wallin is the Office Manager.  She has been with Kids R Kids of Katy since October 2007.  Tracy handles enrollment, children`s files, and customer accounts.  Tracy is married to Brett and has one child, Clarke.

Quality Assurance/Licensing Specialist

Toni Feinberg is the Quality Assurance /Licensing Specialist.  She has been in child care for over twenty years and has been with Kids R Kids since March 2005. In Toni`s position she assures the safety and quality of your child`s development.  Toni has a passion for photography and loves spending quality time with her family.  

Front Desk Assistant

Jaime Torres is the Front Desk Assistant and has been with Kids R Kids since February 2007.  Jaime enjoys talking with the parents and entertaining the kids. Jaime is pursuing a Nursing Degree and is interested in working with children. During her off time she enjoys reading true novels and spending time with family and friends.  

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
